Scribe.ology medical scribes work side-by-side with our emergency department and clinic physician partners, supporting real-time documentation and helping keep visits on track in high-volume settings. Our training program prepares scribes to document complete, accurate clinical charts while navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment—where strong attention to detail, professionalism, and adaptability matter every day.
We also provide a supportive work environment designed to help scribes grow. Scribes receive structured onboarding, hands-on coaching, and ongoing feedback from experienced leads. We foster a team-first culture, maintain clear communication, and offer consistent scheduling support so scribes can perform confidently while balancing school and career goals.
This hands-on experience gives scribes a practical view of clinical medicine before pursuing medical school, PA school, or other graduate programs. It builds fluency in medical terminology, clinical workflows, and EHR documentation standards, while strengthening communication skills and confidence in a real care-team setting. As a result, 64% of our medical scribes earn acceptance into medical school, PA programs, or other graduate-level programs.
Please note that employees must be able to commit to working at least Part-Time hours for six (6) months. Like the providers and locations we support, some weekends, holidays, and overnights can be expected while at Scribe.ology.
